As we planned the last event in our decade milestone celebration, we were filled with gratitude for the wonderful partnerships and relationships we have nurtured over the last ten years that have helped us get to where we are today, and ever so thankful for those that will nourish our growth and our future. To make the words Thank You truly tangible, we raised the bar and decided we could only fully express that sentiment by bringing to Scottsdale something the likes of which had never been seen in our community: an experience that money could not buy.
For three gorgeous evenings on October 24th, 25th and 26th, bulthaup Scottsdale hosted Bistro 1683, an incredible affair that treated a hyper-exclusive guest list, limited to 18 guests per night, to an intimate dining experience blending technology and culinary culture into a multi-sensory experience. This was the third time that this event had taken place in the US, only after NYC and Connecticut, and we brought it to Scottsdale in partnership with Gaggenau.
Each evening, Chef Cogley of Aubergine at L’Auberge Carmel and his team delighted our select guests with a distinctively curated menu. From the moment they arrived, our guests were enveloped in an otherworldly space with award-winning transportive scenic elements, and they reveled in the awe of Bistro 1683, surrounded by fantastic company, for a meticulously curated experience they described in their thoughtful thank you notes as simply magical.
